Bauer ring characteristics: Polytetrafluoroethylene Bauer ring packing has the advantages of high flux, low resistance, high separation efficiency, and high operating flexibility. Under the same pressure reduction, the processing capacity can be more than 50% higher than that of the Lacy ring. At the same processing capacity, the pressure reduction can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be improved by about 20%.

Compared with Lacy Ring, this seasoning has the characteristics of high production capacity, strong resistance, and high operational flexibility. In general, under the same pressure drop, the treatment can increase the pressure drop by 50% -100% compared to the Rasi ring, while under the same treatment, the pressure drop is about 50% lower than the Rasi ring. The tower height also has a pressure drop, and using a Bauer ring can save 20% -40% of the packing volume compared to the Rasi ring.

Product Overview:

Bauer ring filler is a new type of seasoning that has been improved on some of the main characteristics of the Rasch ring. It is made by opening six layers of rectangular small windows on the wall of a regular Rasch ring, with the small window blades overlapping at the center of the ring, and the positions of the upper and lower layers of windows overlapping each other. The main difference between it and the Lassie ring filler is that there is a rectangular window on the side wall

The window blades of the holes and window holes are bent into the center of the ring. Due to the opening of the ring wall, the distribution performance of gas and liquid is greatly improved compared to the Lacy ring, especially the internal surface area of the ring can be fully utilized.
