Fluorine plastic pipes not only have excellent performance, but also have a wide range of applications, so they can play an important role in gas sampling and pre-treatment. In general, fluoroplastic pipes can maintain their long-term performance within the range of -180 ° C to+250 ° C.
The excellent properties of fluoroplastic pipes include chemical stability, resistance to various strong acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents, high insulation, unaffected by temperature and frequency changes, high lubricity, outstanding non adhesion, minimum surface tension, good aging resistance, and non-toxic properties.
Due to the practicality of fluorine plastic pipes, they can be widely used in industrial production such as chemical, mechanical, electronic, electrical, textile, rubber, food, medical equipment, aviation, aerospace, communication, petroleum, etc., and fully reflect the ideal use effect.
When applied in the gas sampling and pre-treatment section, in addition to the fluoroplastic tube, it also needs to be matched with other components, such as high-temperature sampling probes, gas supply units, etc. The high-temperature sampling probe is composed of a sampling tube, a sampling probe, a filter, a heater, and a climate protection box. The filter built-in to the sampling probe is the filtering medium, which filters out the smoke and dust present in the flue gas. The sampling probe is kept at a constant temperature within the range of 180 ℃± 2 ℃ to avoid water condensation and the solidification of unknown high boiling compounds in the flue gas.
And fluoroplastic pipes are used as heating sampling gas pipelines φ 40mm sheathed heating sampling tube, built-in φ PFA high-temperature and corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic pipe, with a maximum bearing temperature of 260 ℃ and an internal temperature controlled at 180 ℃, meets the requirements of gas sampling and pretreatment.
The gas supply unit in the system includes a high-temperature pump, high-temperature switching valve, secondary filter, and flow meter, all of which are kept at a constant temperature of 180 ℃. The high-temperature sampling pump can extract smoke from the flue, and the smoke is filtered through a secondary filter to remove ultrafine smoke and dust. The flow meter monitors the smoke flow.
